Meet our Team

Forrest Miller
Forrest MillerOwner and Operator
He is best known as the maître d’. He holds hosting duties over almost every party and loves nothing more than to see guests enjoying themselves. When he’s not making sure all details are coming together at Royale Orleans he enjoys golfing and spending time with his family, particularly his 4 grandchildren and beloved pup, Eli.
Holly Stockmann
Holly StockmannGeneral Manager
With 25 years of experience at Royale Orleans. She does the majority of our finalizations. She also works the event evenings to make sure that all of your requests are delivered. She is a huge Cardinals fan, and her two boys are piano, soccer, and baseball players. Eric, her husband, has been a part time manager and bartender for 15 years. Holly and Eric were married at Royale Orleans in 2000.
Andrea Manfrede
Andrea ManfredeFood & Beverage Manager
She is our Food and Beverage Manager, including our Cake Department. She has a degree in dance and is still a dance instructor at a local dance studio. If you need help with the choreography of your first dance, or the father and bride dance, she can help. Mark her husband, is one of our chefs and our accountant. He and Andrea have two children, their daughter, a dancer of course, and their son, a swimmer and baseball player. Mark and Eric also co-own Giuseppe’s Catering and private restaurant business. Andrea and Mark were married at Royale Orleans in 2002.
Marcia
MarciaSales and Office Coordinator.
She is our super multi-tasker. She works in the office, gives tours, is our dining room manager, bartender, and invitation department manager. She also has a distinct Royale Orleans connection. Her late father, John, was an original bartender and Marcia was our first coat room checker. Her daughter, Katie, is also a Royale Orleans employee. They are the first family to have had three generations of family members who have served our customers. Marcia and her husband, Gari were married at Royale Orleans in 1990.
Linda
LindaSales and Office Coordinator.
She is our Sales and Office coordinator. Along with event planning, she is our seamstress and floral arranger, and co-decorator with Marcia. Check us out at Christmas time, simply beautiful. Linda, her husband, and their daughter, Sara, love the St. Louis Cardinals. Linda is an avid fisherman, to boot.
Rev. Byron Watson
Rev. Byron WatsonReverend
Rev. Byron Watson is Royale Orleans’ newest chaplain. He is an ordained minister, and seminary graduate. He currently serves as the St. Louis County Police Chaplain where he is affectionately referred to as Rev. Sarg 😁. He will gladly work with you to design a personalized wedding ceremony. We are thrilled to add him to our Royale Orleans family.
Rick
RickAssistant Manager
He has been a bartender at Royale Orleans for many years. He prides himself in remembering the customers drinks when they return to the bar, as do all of our bartentders. His family has been in the bar business in North County for many years and started out helping them as a young man.
Wyatt
WyattMusic Director
Wyatt has been a DJ since the age of 20, picking up the trade while in the Air Force. He served as the most requested DJ in the Air Force at the USO clubs. He is happy to assist you to ensure the musical vision you have for your event comes to life. He along with our other three DJs- Bob, DeAndre and Tory, make up our music staff.

We have Jude, our maintenance man and gardener. Q, short for Qaxim (pronounced Chellsium) is responsible for set up and clean up.  He is also is in charge of receiving merchandise and does all the prep for our parties.  When he came to this county 12 years ago, he came so his children would have a better life. He and his wife achieved that, their daughter graduated from dental school in 2014.

The rest of our staff is made up of local people and college students.  Many of our young men are Eagle Scouts and they all do well in school. When you have your event with us you will experience wonderful young people working for you.
