Our Site provides information about our venue, services, and packages, and allows visitors to submit inquiries, schedule venue tours, and communicate with our team or our AI assistant, Rosare.
3. Communications — Email, Text Messages, and Calls
By submitting your contact information through our Site, Rosare, or any contact form, you consent to receive communications from Royale Orleans related to your inquiry, including but not limited to:
- Email correspondence regarding your event inquiry
- Text messages (SMS) regarding booking confirmations, tour reminders, and follow-up information

We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number with third parties for marketing purposes. Your mobile number is used solely for communications related to Royale Orleans.

6. Cancellations and Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule a venue tour, please contact us as soon as possible at 314-487-7006 or info@royaleorleans.com. Cancellation and rescheduling policies for confirmed event bookings are governed by your individual event contract with Royale Orleans, not by these Terms.
