Is there enough parking?
The Royale Orleans is a freestanding building. We own our parking lot and it’s not shared with any other business. We have ample lit parking with staff available to control the flow of traffic.
How many rooms do you have and are they soundproof?
We have three separate rooms with stationary walls, which makes each room a completely separate atmosphere.
Who is your DJ company?
Because of our volume of receptions, the Royale Orleans has secured some of the best disc jockeys in the St. Louis area to work directly for us.
How are the acoustics in the room?
Our sound systems are designed to accommodate both musical entertainment and dinner conversation.
Can we have our ceremony there?
Ceremonies can be held at the Royale Orleans during certain timings, with the reception immediately following. We can also recommend a non-denominational officiant for your ceremony.
Do you have chair covers?
Chair covers are available through our vendor.
Is the meal served on china?
We have china and silverware available.
Is the wedding cake included?
We work closely with McArthur’s Bakery to help you design your wedding cake. Our arrangement with McArthur’s includes a discount on the final cake price.
When is payment due?
The initial deposit to secure the reception room is due at the time of booking. Final payment is due one week prior to your event.
Who will be working during my reception?
The Royale Orleans has a full staff to serve you. The same individuals who help you with your initial plans will also be on hand for your reception.
